Wilfred is a registered advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and has acted as a property agent for a number of clients both companies and private individuals, local and international, such as Sumania Group Tanzania Limited, Toyota Tanzania Limited, Equator Enterprises Limited, Kimbiji Bay, just to name a few. His practical knowledge on the real estate scene in Tanzania is unmatched having advised and worked with a number of top level real estate companies and developers, and continues to do so at CBS with over 15 years of experience leading our real estate and property practice.

His legal and business background (MBA) has always ensured clients the best possible results in any deal he negotiates. Wilfred is in charge of real estate, conveyancing, and investments at CBS, where he has built a pool of clients and maintained important contacts with stakeholders in his area of expertise.
